A 30 percent non-refundable deposit secures all bookings.
No service or date receives confirmation until deposit clears.
A wedding trial does not reserve a wedding date.
Final balance is due 7 days before the event date.
Late payment results in cancellation with no refund.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Client cancellation results in loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event requires full payment.
Artist cancellation due to emergency results in full deposit refund or rescheduled service by agreement.
Date or service changes require written confirmation and availability.
TRAVEL AND LOCATIONNon wedding services take place at the artist’s address unless agreed otherwise.
Services within a 15 mile radius fall under standard travel coverage.
Travel beyond 15 miles receives a separate travel quote based on the full address provided.
Wedding parking fees fall under client responsibility when free parking is unavailable.
Venues over 2 hours away require overnight accommodation provided by the client.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You must disclose allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns before service.
Undisclosed conditions release the artist from responsibility for adverse reactions.
Patch testing falls under your responsibility when requested.
You must provide a clean, safe, well lit workspace with table, chair, and power access.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
All tools and products receive professional sanitation after every service.
Industry hygiene standards apply to all appointments.
LIABILITY
Jiovel Muah holds no responsibility for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or client negligence.
You accept all risks related to cosmetic application.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
You grant permission for photos and videos for portfolio, website, and social media use.
Privacy requests require written notice before the event.
